You can contact us by completing the contact form on the website. From there, we will reach out to schedule your initial appointment. During this appointment, we discuss your history and reasons for seeking services. We will collaborate with you on goals and discuss frequency of sessions going forward.

Do you take insurance?

Accepted Answer

We are out of network with insurance. You can use HSA/FSA cards for services. We can also provide superbills for services where most individuals can receive a form of imbursement through their insurance. To find out about your benefits, we would encourage you to call your insurance and ask them:
·        What are my out of network mental health benefits?
·        What do you reimburse for CPT/session code 90834?
·        What is your process for me to submit a claim for reimbursement

Pricing varies based on the service. Services offered include:
·        Individual Therapy - $120/session
·        Family Therapy - $150/session
·        Parent Coaching - $120/session
Limited sliding scale spots are available for those that qualify. Please inquire for more details and how we can best fit your needs.
